- its your phone lines probably.. you might want to do a ati7 and get the
- firmware dates just to make sure you have the latest code available.

- if you dont ftp to ftp.usr.com directory dl05 filename usrsdl.exe
- and run it. its teh latest us/canadian code. includes caller id
- distinctive ringing support and a couple other fixes
