  21. its your phone lines probably.. you might want to do a ati7 and get the
  22. firmware dates just to make sure you have the latest code available.

  25. if you dont ftp to ftp.usr.com directory dl05 filename usrsdl.exe
  26. and run it. its teh latest us/canadian code. includes caller id
  27. distinctive ringing support and a couple other fixes
